Besides our masterful optimising, designing and creating what has the Web SEO Squad been up to this last month? Here are a few snippets of what our energetic team has been up to lately.

Blue Birds and Heavy Chefs

heavy chefThere is nothing quite like a room filled with Social Media addicts…um I mean experts this is why we started off with a monthly Heavy Chef talk. This may sound like something that would widen our waist lines, but is in actual fact a chat to fatten up your Social Media Skills. The month’s talk was about the power of connecting to the mobile stream with Twitter.

Luke Townsin did a fantastic job and got us thinking about the power that the little blue bird has as we tweeted our way through the discussion. With such great topics every month this is an event that the Web SEO Social Media team will always set a reminder for.

A Welcomed Return

IbtisaamYou can notice a big difference in the office this month, the clothing has become funkier, the conversations have become faster and the laughter has become louder. No not because we are all happy to be seeing a glimpse of summer, well it kind of is because our very own ray of sunshine Ibtisaam is back from maternity leave!

The office has missed her bubbly nature and we are pleased to have a reunited team again. We are all looking forward to watching the creativity flow and her optimism grow! Welcome back Ibtisaam.

The Fellowship Of The Office

seo teamHow do you optimise the SEO team? With team building of course! We all know that a team that plays together stays together and our SEO team had a blast on a night out set aside for their department. The night was celebrated with following drinks, great food and following conversation.

It is always great to step back and appreciate your colleagues on a different more personal level, and it is nights like these that we are reminded (not like we ever forget) that Web SEO is more than just a workplace, we are a team, we are friends and we are a mini family.

As Henry Ford said “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
